Information we collect
When you request an appointment, we collect your name, phone number, selected treatment, number of guests, date, time and any optional note. Please do not enter sensitive health information in the note.
Who can access it
The administrator and reception team can view booking details. Reception cannot edit site content or tracking settings.
WhatsApp contact
After your request is recorded, you may choose to send your booking reference to the team through WhatsApp. WhatsApp has its own privacy terms.
Retention and requests
Contact info@sultanspa.com.tr about your personal data. Information is kept as needed for operational and legal requirements.
Analytics and advertising
The administrator may enable Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta Pixel. Optional tags load only after you accept them. You can change your decision through the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
Campaign attribution
Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may be held for the browser session and attached to a booking request to show its source. The administrator and reception may view the source.
